ARE YOU ABLE TO CREATE SIMILAR BOUQUET BASED ON THE MOOD BOARD PROVIDED?
We love looking through your mood board. However, every bouquet has different personality and we will try our very best to create something similar to your inspiration bouquet.
WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR WRAPPING FOR EVERYDAY BOUQUET?
We wrap our everyday bouquet using kraft paper. This is a standardize wrapping for all price range of everyday bouquet.
DOES THE EVERYDAY BOUQUET COME IN VASES?
You can opt for vases with an additional $15 for your everyday bouquet.
HOW LONG DOES THE FLOWER LAST?
Due to climate, flowers may last between 3-5 days. For optimum care of the flowers, it is advisable to keep the flowers hydrated and always trim an inch (1CM) and last but not the least, keep it in a cool dry place.

HOW DO I ORDER?

HOW SOON SHOULD I CONTACT YOU FOR BRIDAL BOUQUET ORDERS?
For bridal bouquet orders, it will be great if you can let us know 3months in advance. In any situation that you require an order for less than a week, it will be subjected to availability.
AM I ABLE TO LEAVE MESSAGES FOR MY ORDER?
Yes you can. Let us know in advance so that we can make the changes. It will be printed on a blank paper pasted onto our lovely THANK YOU / CARE CARD.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?
Payments will be collected a week before your event date. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be sent to you with the details of your event, price and our contact details as well.
ARE WE ABLE TO SELF COLLECT THE BOUQUET?
Yes, you may. The location for collection will be advised upon confirmation of payments.
WHAT ARE YOUR CHARGES FOR DELIVERY?
Delivery is charged at $20 per location. For any last minute change of addresses, it will be based on availability of our deliveryman.
WILL YOU GUYS BE DOING THE DELIVERY?
No, however we engage a trusted delivery vendor to deliver your blooms on time on the required schedule.
All orders will be ready 1 day before your event date for both delivery and self collection option.
Price varies for seasonal and premium flowers.
We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damages once the floral have been delivered. All bouquets are to be kept in fridge or cold room temperature.
In a situation whereby there is no one to receive the flowers, the blooms will be left at the reception/front desk, concierge or at the front door of the receiver's home.
